3.2 Perform treatment
All of the safety instructions in these instructions for use
must have been read and understood before any treatment
is carried out

CAUTION
Risk of overexertion
Dizziness may occur due to overexertion during use. This
may happen sooner with children because their lung capacity
is smaller than that of adults.
• If dizziness does occur, stop the treatment immediately.
• Talk to your doctor or therapist before using the product
again.
The following is a description of a standard treatment session
with the PARI O-PEP. Under certain circumstances, your doc-
tor or therapist may recommend adopting a different treatment
approach. In order to achieve the desired therapeutic outcome
with the PARI O-PEP, always perform the treatment as instruc-
ted by your doctor or therapist.
• Hang the PARI O-PEP around
your neck using the lanyard.
• Sit in an upright position and
relax.
• Support the PARI O-PEP and
hold it so that the mouthpiece
is horizontal.
• Hold the mouthpiece between
your teeth and enclose it with
your lips.
Make sure that the holes in the upper part are unobstructed
and not covered by your hand.
