Apply marine grease to the bunk pins.
Install bunk pins to secure bunks to H-Frame. Use
cotter pins and flat washer to secure bunk pins. Bend the end of the cotter pin with the needle
nose pliers to secure the pins.
7-B)
Place bunks on H-Frame assemblies. It may be easier to install bunks while the H-frames are in
the down position.
7-A)
Ensure bunk spacers and pin bushings are installed correctly in the H-frames or range
extenders.
