• Needle nose pliers
• Torque wrench (20-60 ft lbs
range)
• Laquer torque seal or paint
marker
• Anti seize
• Marine grease
• Rubber mallet
• Tape measure
• Pencil/pen

failure to assemble lift as described may lead to warranty
issues, hazards, or the lift misfunctioning.
WARNING! - Apply
anti-seize to ALL stainless
steel bolts.
Install Range Extenders (Item 3) - 6ft Lift Range Only
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1:

• 8x 3/8”-16 - 4.25” Long Hex
Bolts
• 8x 3/8”-16 - Kep Nuts
• 8x 3/8” - Flat Washers
Hardware required:
1-A)
Slide the range extenders onto the H-frames so
that the 1 1/2” bunk pin hole matches the orientation
of the pin hole in the H-frame.
1-B)
Align the two bolt holes and through bolt
the range extenders to the H-frame. Make sure flat
washers are installed under the shoulder of the bolt
and not under the kep nut.
