following command in a Windows command line interface:

arp –d

f) Binary and Terminal protocols are no longer supported by Compact Outdoor units. Use

the currently available interfaces instead.

8.3.5 The FSK link between a modem and the SSPB unit is not working

Possible cause

: The unit is set to use IPNet or SNMP interface.

Possible solution

: Set the SSPB protocol setting field to “Normal” protocol or (and) remove

any connection to SSPB interface select pins j and e on the J4 connector. Reset AC power.
