Select the store location to be displayed in the Certificate Import Wizard, and then click the [Next] button.

When “Local machine” is selected for “Store Location” and the [Next] button is clicked, the dialog
window saying “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?” will be displayed.
In this case, click the [Yes] button.

Select “Place all certificates in the following store”, and click “Browse...”.
