When the TV is plugged in, the power board outputs 12V for A board.
When the power supply receives the TV_PS_ON signal, the power board change from standby mode
to high current mode.
After A board is ready to display, it outputs Backlight_on command to P board.
P board output VLED to the backlight of LCD panel.
