This item is set to [Off] in the factory default setting or when the [Setup] menu → [Reset] → [Reset to Default] is executed. Set it to [On] as
necessary.

[Change Password]
Change the security password.
1) Press

or the <ENTER> button.

to select [Change Password].

or the <ENTER> button.

The password input screen is displayed.
5) Press

or the number buttons (<0>-<9>) to enter the old 4-digit password, and press the
<ENTER> button.

The [Change Password] screen is displayed.
6) Press

or the number buttons (<0> - <9>) to enter a new 4-digit password as you want.
7) Press the <ENTER> button.
8) Re-enter the new password for confirmation and press the <ENTER> button.

The password is changed successfully.

Change the password periodically that is hard to guess.

To return the security password to the factory default setting, please consult your dealer.
[HDMI CEC]
When you connect HDMI CEC-compatible devices to the projector with HDMI cables, you can operate some of
their menu items or control them on the same power on or power off status using the HDMI Link control feature in
the projector’s OSD.
[HDMI-CEC Control]
Set whether to enable the HDMI CEC function.
1) Press

to select [HDMI CEC].

or the <ENTER> button.

to select [HDMI-CEC Control].

The [HDMI-CEC Control] screen is displayed.

to switch the item.

The items will switch each time you press the button.
[Off] Disables the HDMI CEC function.
[On] Enables the HDMI CEC function.

[HDMI 1], [HDMI 2], [HDMI-CEC Operation], [MENU code] and [Link Function] are grayed out if [HDMI-CEC Control] is set to [Off].
[HDMI 1] / [HDMI 2]
The names of HDMI CEC-compatible devices connected to the <HDMI IN 1> terminal and the <HDMI IN 2>
terminal of the projector are displayed. You can select one of the devices that are displayed.
