Parts Names and Handling Instructions
Insert the
baking stick into
a baking fork.

Rotate the
screw to fix
the baking fork
at the proper
position.

Use the baking
stick to penetrate
through the
middle of the big
piece of food,
and fix the food
with the baking
fork at one side.

Insert another
baking fork into
the baking stick,
and compress
the food tightly.

Rotate the
screw to fix
this baking
fork.

Use the
extract bracket
to place the
penetrated
food in the
machine.

Put the turnspit
in place. Keep
the tip end
inserted into
the right-side
rotation hole.

● Care shall be taken when handing and cleaning the turnspit.
Remove packing materials and any stickers, clean the machine by following steps
below for the first time or when you have not used it for a while.
1. Wash all accessories. (P. EN19)
2. Place the enamel baking tray, cooking rack, crumb tray in the machine.
(Do not place any food.)
3. Turn the function knob to “ ”, then set both upper and lower tube temperature
knob to the position of “230 °C”. And turn the timer knob to the position of
10 minutes. (Please turn the knob to 40 minutes or above and then turn back to the
position of 10 minutes.)

Turnspit / extract bracket
● Smoke or smell occurs when using it for the first time, it will not occur along usage.
● This burn off any dust and prevent unpleasant smells. And it won’t smell after
repeated using. After that open the glass door let the smoke disperse more easily.
● You may hear some sound when using it for the first time, which is not a malfunction.
