Method
1. Rinse the fish and drain the water off. And
then score the fish body by a knife. Stuff
scallions and ginger slices into the cavity
to get rid of fishy smell. Then apply salt,
cooking wine, five-spice powder and cumin
to both sides of the fish so as to add flavor
the fish.
2. Spread the oil thinly on the enamel baking tray covered with aluminum foil, then place the fish
on it. Finally of the fish, put them into Slot 2 and bake for about 20 minutes. During the baking,
please turn it over serve with lemon or black pepper.

Method
1. Rinse the prawns and pat them dry.
2. Put them on the enamel baking tray covered with cooking paper.
3. Stir egg whites with salt and apply them thickly onto the prawns.
4. Preheat both upper and lower tubes at 200 ºC for 5 minutes before baking. Put the enamel baking
tray on the Slot 2 of machine. Then bake for 15 minutes until the egg whites becomes hard and
dry.

Method
1. Unfreeze the steak completely, cover it with
a plastic bag. Tap it with the rolling pin till it
into a 1.5 cm thick.
2. Apply black pepper granules, salt and rosemary onto each side of steak. Have it pickled for
20 minutes. And then apply the olive oil on it.
3. Preheated both upper and lower tubes at 220 ºC for about 5 minutes. Put it on enamel baking
tray covered with aluminum foil and bake it on Slot 2 of the machine at 220 ºC for about
10 - 15 minutes.

Method
1. Remove the head and feet from the chicken
and wash the body, then dry it completely.
Apply the salt evenly onto inner and outer
side of chicken.
2. Mix “A” ingredients in advance with chicken
and pickle for 2 hours.
3. Stuff the chicken with ginger, scallions and
diced vegetables. Secure wings and tie
legs together by using cotton thread.
4. Penetrate chicken with baking stick, and fix it with baking fork.
5. Put the chicken into the machine. Place the enamel baking tray under the chicken to prevent the
foil from coming in contact with the heating tube. Bake it at 230 ºC for about 70 - 90 minutes. Apply
the gray on enamel baking tray to chicken while baking. Bake it until chicken is golden brown.
Note
● Frozen chicken should be allowed to defrost completely.
● Adjust baking time according to personal preference.
