Function knob:

* If you select the rotary
function, only upper tube

the lower tube cannot be
adjusted.

Power indicator:
The power indicator is
constantly on when the
appliance is operating.
●
Upper and lower tube
temperature knob:
The temperature can be
adjusted in the range of
70 °C to 230 °C.
●
Timer knob:
Set time in the range of
0 - 120 minutes. Set time to
desired baking time, the power
indicator will turn on during
baking. When the appliance
ring and baking is finished,
the power indicator will
automatically turn off. For less
than 20 minutes baking, turn
past to 40 minutes then set to
the desired time. Select “Stay
On” mode, and adjust time by
turning the dial. When baking is
finished, please manually turn
off the timer knob that cannot
be adjusted automatically.
* Oven gloves used for pulling out the enamel baking tray needs to be prepared by yourself.
Use it to remove
cooking rack. Make sure
the bottom hook on both
sides are stuck on the
cooking rack then pull it
out.
Use it to remove enamel
baking tray. Make sure
the up hook stick on the
tray firmly, then pull it
out.
* It is advisable to put a sheet of aiuminum foil
on the tray to prevent stains.
* Make sure the crumb tray position in place
before using cooking rack to prevent crumbs or
grease dripping.

When you need to take out the turnspit after
baking, slightly slope to the left and removing it
slowly.
Enamel baking tray
● Use it to hold greasy
food, such as meat
and fish for broiling.
Crumb tray
● Use it to catch residues
and grease when non-
greasy food is baked.
Cooking rack
● Use it to bake bread or
other dishes, and to hold a
container.
● Use it to roast whole chickens or
thick meat.
