Turning the answering
system on/off

on, the ANSWER ON indicator lights
and the unit announces “

”.
Screening your calls
While a caller is leaving a message, you
can listen to the call through the base unit’s
speaker. To adjust the speaker volume,
press
{^}
or
{V}
repeatedly.
You can answer the call by pressing
{
SP-
PHONE
}
on the base unit. To answer the
call using the handset, press
{C}
or
{s}
.

screening a call, decrease the speaker
