Intercom
Intercom can be made between the base unit and a cordless handset, and between 2
cordless handsets (when the system has one or more additional cordless handsets,
p. 27). You can page all cordless handsets from the base unit at once.
•
Using this feature, you can also locate a misplaced cordless handset.
Making Intercom Calls

Press
[LOCATOR/INTERCOM/TRANSFER]

•
The LOCATOR/INTERCOM/TRANSFER indicator
and the DIGITAL SP-PHONE indicator light.
To switch from the speakerphone to the
handset, lift it off the cradle.

To page all cordless handsets, press
[0]
.
To page a cordless handset, press its
extension number (
[1]
to
[3]
).
•
The cordless handset(s) will ring for 1 minute.
•
To stop paging, place the handset on the cradle, or if
using the speakerphone, press
[DIGITAL SP-PHONE]
or
[LOCATOR/INTERCOM/TRANSFER]
.

When the paged party answers, talk into the
MIC
or handset.

To disconnect the intercom, place the handset on the cradle, or if
using the speakerphone, press
[DIGITAL SP-PHONE]
or
[LOCATOR/INTERCOM/TRANSFER]

To page another cordless handset, press the
