While rotating the pick up roller, wipe it with a soft cloth that has been
moistened with a mild commercial cleaner.

Open the front cover.

Lift the drum unit up (

) and slide it out of the printer (

•To avoid possible toner spillage, it is recommended to place the drum unit on a

newspaper or drop cloth.
