External Display

HDMI Port

You can switch the output destination to an external HDMI display.

Open the cover (A) and connect the HDMI display to the HDMI port (B).

VGA Port

<Only for model with VGA port>

You can switch the output destination to an external analog display.

Open the cover (C) and connect the external display to the VGA port (D).

N O T E

n

If you connect VGA display after connecting high resolution HDMI display, such as 4K display, images could not be displayed. In such
cases, connect VGA display first, and then connect high resolution HDMI display.

USB 3.1 (Type-C) Port

You can switch the output destination to an external display.

The USB 3.1 (Type-C) port of this computer complies with the following standards.

DisplayPort Alternate Mode

A standard to transfer digital video signals to an LCD, etc. Using USB Alternate Mode, images can be displayed on the external display from the
USB 3.1 (Type-C) port.
