Displays the account to change.

[User name]:
Enter a new user name. (Up to 16 characters in single byte)
[Password]:
Enter a new password. (Up to 16 characters in single byte)
[Password(Retype)]:
Enter the new password again.

Determines the change of password.
[Change password] (For user rights)
Only the password change is enabled with the user rights.
