MODE

Selects the compression method used during video recording.

DARK

: Records video suppressing compression video

distortion that is generated by dark areas that are about 10

IRE (70 mV) or less.

: Records using normal compression processing.

NOTE:

• This setting is available in DVCPRO HD 720p mode

recording.

WIDE SEL

Specifies whether or not WIDE data will be recorded when the

SETUP - SYSTEM - FORMAT menu setting is 480i or 576i.
