8.1.2 Controlling
combustion
The combustion chamber is accessed by
opening the loading hatch on the left-hand side
of the cooker. The wood must be placed in the
combustion chamber only.
It is advisable to open the hatch in two steps:

It is important to not exceed the quantity of wood
recommended on the technical datasheet.
The combustion occurs by introducing in the
brazier – through the grid- the air regulated by the
metal lever positioned under the door on the left
corner (- 8.1 -):
By shifting the lever to the right, the combustion
will be faster.
By shifting the lever to the left, the combustion
will be slower.

in the hearth, cover the paper with a small amount
