7.1.3. Cleaning of the Mixing Chamber

If the cleaning of the mixing chamber with compressed air is not sufficient, it needs to be

opened for further cleaning.

Note: You need a torque spanner for reassambling the cover!

To open the mixing chamber, use the box spanner which comes with the accessory

equipment, and turn the throttle screw counterclockwise until it can be moved freely. Then,

the complete cover can be lifted by making slight turns back and forth. The throttle screw

stays in the cover. The mixing chamber and the inside of the cover can now be wiped off

with a humid, fluff-free cloth and dried afterwards.

For re-installment, slightly grease the O-ring 2 for the seal of the throttle drilling with

vaseline first, and insert it. Then, position the cover on the casing without tilting, after

greasing the

O-ring 3, (throttle screw above the respective hole) and push all the way in.

IMPORTANT!

The throttle screw must be turned with a box spanner and a torque spanner!
