Guarantees
LH gas heat generators are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of sale, provided that the consumer
is in compliance with the transport, storage and operation rules set in passport and operational manual.
During the warranty period, if the consumer detects deficiencies, the manufacturer replaces the failed
components and parts of the heater for free: for this purpose, the defective unit must be sent to the
manufacturer by an act drafted by the gas management representative together with the owner of the
heater. The act indicates a factory number, production date, customer installation date, and a description
of the defect that indicates the cause of its occurrence. In the absence of an incorrect unit or act, the
manufacturer does not accept requests.
Warranty terminated:

When using a device for other purposes

If the installation of the device was performed by an unauthorized service department.
