2.4.
IP Address Configuration
The WAP-O3G can be configured as a Client Bridge, WDS Bridge, Repeater, or Access Point.
When shipped from the factory, the WAP-O3G is set to Access Point mode. The default IP
address of the WAP-O3G is
192.168.1.250
.
In order to log in to the WAP-O3G, you must first configure the TCP/IP settings of your
PC/Notebook. Follow these steps:
1.
In the Windows Control Panel, go into
Network and Internet,
click
Network Connections
and double-click the connection of your Network Interface Card (NIC). The Local Area
Connection Properties dialog appears:

: If you are using Windows 7, go to the Windows Control Panel and click
Network
and Sharing Center
. Then, click
Change Adapter Settings
on the left hand side. Right
click on the
Local Area Connection
icon and select
Properties
.
2.
Select
Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IP)
and click
Properties
. The Internet Protocol
(TCP/IP) dialog appears where you can configure the TCP/IP settings of your PC.
