Select a proper location
Once you have assembled your new oven, find a suitable location for use.
Note:
The installation of this appliance must conform with local codes or, in the absence of local codes,
with either the National Fuel Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1/NFPA 54, or Natural Gas and Propane Installation
Code, CSA/CGA-B149.1.
1. Never use this outdoor oven inside any building,
garage, shed or breezeway, or inside any boat, trailer
or recreational vehicle and/or boat, to prevent possible
fire and to prevent the possibility of carbon monoxide
poisoning or asphyxiation.
2. Always place your oven on a hard and level surface far
away from combustible materials and structures.
3. Do not use this oven under overhead combustible
surface or covered area(e.g., awning, umbrellas,
porches or gazeboes ). Keep all combustible surfaces
at least 24
” (61 cm) away.
4. Locate the oven away from any combustible and
non-combustible material or construction by at least 24 in. (61 cm) from back and 24 in (61 cm) from
side. (see the diagram below)
5. Never store or use gasoline or other flammable or volatile substances in the vicinity of this grill or in the
vicinity of any other heat
– generating appliance, because of the danger of starting a fire.
6. Do not obstructing the flow of combustion and ventilation air.
GRILL BURNER LIGHTING
Do not lean over grill when lighting. Turn off LP supply at
cylinder when appliance is not in use.
Main Burner Lighting Illustration:
1. Check that the control knobs are in the OFF position.
2. Open valve at tank fully by turning counterclockwise.
3. The door must always be in the OPEN position for lighting;
4. Push the Electronic Ignition down 3 to 4 seconds while
turning the control knob to the HIGH position. The burner should
ignite.
If ignition does not take place within 5 seconds, immediately turn
the control knob to the OFF position. Wait 5 minutes and repeat
step 4 above or refer to match lighting instructions in manual.
If by chance the electronic igniter does not light the burner, the burner
may be lit with a match attached to the match extender, located on the
inside of the cabinet door
