Tool service must be performed only by qualified repair personnel.
Service or
maintenance performed by unqualified personnel could result in a risk of injury.
When servicing a tool, use only identical replacement parts.
Follow instruc-
tions in the “Inspection, Maintenance, And Cleaning” section of this manual. Use
of unauthorized parts or failure to follow maintenance instructions may create a risk
of electric shock or injury.
Maintain labels and nameplates on the Pressure Washer.
These carry important
information. If unreadable or missing, contact Harbor Freight Tools for a replace-
ment.
To avoid electrical shock, never start and run the Pressure Washer in the
rain.
Do not direct discharge stream at the Pressure Washer itself or at other live
electrical equipment.
Do not pull or carry the Power Washer by its Power cord or pull the cord
around sharp corners or edges.
Do not unplug the Power Washer by pulling on
the Cord. Keep the Cord away from heated surfaces.
Make sure you are prepared to begin work before turning on the Pressure
Washer.
Do not feed already-pressurized water (such as that from another pressure
washer) into this washer.
When dispensing detergent, apply the detergent to the cleaning area at low
pressure only.
Then spray the detergent off the cleaning area by using the adjust-
able Nozzle.
nOTIcE:
Detergent dispensing only works when the Spray Lance is
in the low-pressure position.
never leave the Pressure Washer unattended when it is plugged into an elec-
trical outlet.
Turn off the Pressure Washer, and unplug it from its electrical outlet
before leaving.
If water is leaking out of the Pressure Washer immediately shut off the unit.
Unplug the Pressure Washer, and discharge all pressure before tightening fittings
or having repair work done by a qualified technician.
