Maintenance
Good maintenance is essential for safe, economical, and trouble-free operation. It will also help
reduce air pollution.
The purpose of the maintenance and adjustment schedule is to keep the machine in the best
possible operating condition.
Switch off the engine before performing maintenance. If the engine must be running, make sure
the area is well ventilated. The exhaust contains toxic carbon monoxide gas.
Always choose recommended accessories. Accessories that are not of equivalent quality can
damage the machine.
Never use unauthorised components and do not remove safety devices after or during
maintenance.
