Storage
If the machine is to be transported in a vehicle, the fuel tank must first be emptied to prevent
leakage.
Empty the fuel tank
1.
Place the machine on a level and stable surface. Warm up the engine for several minutes and then
stop it.
2.
Loosen and remove the fuel tank cover.
3.
Drain the fuel thoroughly into a container.
4.
Press the primer ball several times until the fuel is gone.
5.
Drain the fuel again.
6.
Replace the fuel cap.
Keep the machine, user manual and any accessories in their original packaging. This way you always
have all information and parts together and close at hand.
Pack the equipment well or use the original packaging to avoid transport damage.
Store the machine in a dry and well-ventilated environment, with an empty fuel tank and out the
reach of children.
Disposal and recycling
Packaging information
The packaging is recyclable and must be disposed of according to applicable local
guidelines.
Contact local authorities for information on disposal of used equipment.
Fuel and oil

Empty the fuel tank and oil container before disposal.
•
Petrol and oil must not be disposed of with household waste or down the drain but must be
collected in suitable containers and disposed of in accordance with applicable guidelines.

Empty oil and petrol containers must be disposed of according to current guidelines.
