Storage
Old fuel often makes it difficult to start up machinery. Before storing the machine,
empty the fuel tank and allow the engine to run until all of the remaining fuel in the
fuel system and carburettor has been used up. Store the machine indoors and protect
against rust.

Transport
When moving the brushcutter, cover the trimmer head or cutting blade and lift the
machine and exercise caution with the blade.
Never transport the machine in a vehicle over long distances in hard terrain without
having first emptied the machine of petrol, otherwise petrol could spill out from the
machine.
Disposal
The machine must be disposed of in accordance with applicable local regulations.
