Installation using a power supply

3. If you are using PoCL (Power Over Camera Link) :

a.

Plug one ends of the other two Mini Camera Link (MiniCL) SDR26 PoCL cables

into CH1 and CH2 of the Camera Link Frame Grabber and the other ends of
the Mini Camera Link (MiniCL) SDR26 PoCL cables into the CH1 and CH2 of
the MiniCL SDR26 Connectors on the camera respectively.

b.

You must connect CH1 connector before plug CH2 to power the camera via
PoCL.

4. Verify all the cable connections are secure.

Precautions for using Power over Camera Link (PoCL)





•

It is recommended to remove the power adapter from the camera power
connector when using the camera in a PoCL configuration.

To power a camera via PoCL Frame Grabber, you must connect CH2 before plug

CH1 of the camera to their respective connectors on the Camera Link Frame
Grabber.
