A wiper is fitted that may be remotely controlled to clear water from the viewing window of the
camera.
A version fitted with an LED illuminator is available. It consists of a set of white and infra-red
LEDs that are powered and controlled from within the PTZ unit. The lights are controlled
automatically to provide optimum illumination adjusted to the zoom distance of the camera.
Manual selection of white lighting is available via the control menus.

Electrical Features
The PTZ Unit must be connected to an approved Power Supply Unit (PSU) which converts mains
electricity to the 48V DC required to run the PTZ unit. The PSU should be rated for the maximum
power required at all operating temperatures of the PTZ to avoid damage to the PTZ unit or
overloading of the PSU. An EMC suppression unit should be fitted in the power supply lines to
maintain EMC compliance.
