Fault finding
In case of malfunctions, the following should be
checked
before
starting the detailed fault finding:
• The system is connected correctly
• The supply temperature is adequate (at least
60 °C)
• The system has been bled
• The strainers are clean
• The system design/ system dimensioning is
correct
• The central pump is sized and set correctly
(∆p- constant)
• The power supply of the system is working (the
installed actuators or the pump in the station
with variable temperature circuit are connected
correctly)
Insufficient potable water temperature
• Dirt in the system/ strainers blocked

Clean strainers thoroughly
• Central pump in the cellar is set incorrectly
• Insufficient heating water quantity

Check setting of the central pump

Check flow rate at the heat meter while
drawing off potable water
• Thermostat is set incorrectly

Set potable water temperature to 70 °C
(position 7) or remove thermostat from the valve
completely
