11. MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION
Confirmation Check
Check the coating is not peeled off.
Check the wiring is properly implemented and the terminal treatment is properly implemented.
Check the lid of front lid is attached.
If there is deformation or crack on vessel or glass, stop using the product immediately and contact our company's
service center.
Check the grounding is properly implemented. Check the screw at grounding terminal is not
loosened.
11.1 Removal of front lid
(1) Keep the converter in safe environment (in case of
explosionproof product, under safe atmosphere).
(2) Loosen the setscrew ② to unlock the front lid ③ .
(3) Rotate it counterclockwise by a wrench or something
to loosen the front lid ③ .
(4) Remove the front lid ③ from the converter ① ,
carefully not to damage the display unit ④ .

CAUTION: The display unit may slip out,
please handle it carefully.
(5) Put the front lid ③ upward in a safe place and make
sure that the glass part will stay clean.
