3.6.5 Setting Self Diagnosis (Self diag)
① Click "Setup (S)" from the menu, and select "Self diag", then the following window (Fig. 54) will be
displayed.

Sets periodic diagnosis of detecting empty measurement pipe. ON, OFF
③ Click "OK" after the setting is completed to display the message box (Fig. 55). Click "OK" here to
change the settings to the inputted values.

④ The message box (Fig. 56) is displayed after changing the setting values. Click "OK" to complete
the setting process.
