Printer is in ink-backup mode
In ink-backup mode the printer may print more slowly
Use two print cartridges to increase print speed.

Printer doesn’t feed any paper

•

Labels are not slided in until stop.

Printer passes labels through/LEARN mode not executed

•

Wrong sensor settings on tab SPECIAL FUNCTIONS.

Resume light is flashing

•

Paper tray may be empty or there may be a paper jam.

After several print processes the printer start passing labels through
without printing

•

The manual sensor setting GAP/BLACKMARK has been changed.
execute CALIBRATE GAP/BLACK MARK SENSING mode again.

Printer executes LEARN Mode permanently.

•

Deactivate CALIBRATE GAP/BLACK MARK SENSING mode on tab
SPECIAL FUNCTIONS.

LEARN MODE mode does not detects gaps between labels

•

Move the GAP/BLACKMARK sensor slightly.
