MINI PIZZA WITH TAPENADE
PREPARATION
Chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil with salt and pepper. Add chopped basil and take the pan off the fire. Peel the tomatoes, cut them in
4 and remove the seeds. Roll the pizza dough out and cut out circles with a sharp round object. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Put a spoonful of
sautéd onion onto the pizza dough and cover it with a slice of tomato. Ladle some tapenade in the middle. Bake the pizza at 250° C in a closed
barbecue (+/- 6 min), preferably on a pizza-stone.
