CAUTION
Place the „cold“ Pizza Stone in the middle of the cooking grid (so the air can circulate). If the stone is not ideally positioned, lift it up and set it
down again. DO NOT slide the stone; otherwise the cooking grid could be damaged. Only touch the accessories with barbecue gloves during use
on the barbecue. Do not put the Pizza Stone on flammable or heat-sensitive surfaces while hot. Always pre-heat the Pizza Stone on level
for a minimum of 15–20 minutes.
NOTE
Frozen products are NOT suitable for cooking on the Pizza Stone.
CLEANING
After baking, let the Pizza Stone cool down on the grill or remove it from the grill using oven gloves and let it cool down. Remove crusts and
other residue from the cold Pizza Stone with a grill brush (scraper). Store the stone in a dry and protected place. Please note that the Pizza
Stone is a kitchen utensil and as such will with time exhibit signs of use and wear. Do not clean the Pizza Stone with or under running water.
