Items to check
Device does not work on
• Check whether the power cord is connected
to the outlet. If the device is not connected, plug
it to the outlet.
• Check whether the device is assembled correctly.
If not, disassemble and reassemble according
to the instructions.
• If the problem persists, contact an authorized service
center OURSSON.
Decreased juice rate, pulp
contains too much liquid
• Check whether the device is assembled correctly.
If not, disassemble and reassemble according
to the instructions.
• Make sure all the products are fresh.
• If your products were kept in the refrigerator,
place them in clean water for at least 10 minutes.
The device has stopped working
• Make sure the amount of fruit and vegetables
is not too large and the motor is not overloaded.
• Make sure all the large seeds were removed
from the fruit.
• Turn off the device and switch it on REV (Reverse)
mode for 2-3 seconds. Turn on the device again.
Bowl vibration
• A small vibration of juice or puree bowl
is allowed during operation. It is not considered
a malfunction.
