Non-functional socket Check socket with another elec­
tric appliance.
Defective power supply The battery charger and power
supply must be inspected by an
authorised Ottobock Service
Centre.
No connection between battery
charger and power supply Check whether the charging
cable plug is fully engaged on the
battery charger.
Defective battery charger The battery charger and power
supply must be inspected by an
authorised Ottobock Service
Centre.
Take note of the beep signals to
differentiate between these
states.
When the battery charger is con­
nected or disconnected, a self-
test is conducted and confirmed
by a single beep and vibration
signal.
The battery is fully charged if this
beep signal is heard.
If no beep signal is heard, the
connection to the product is
interrupted. Battery is fully charged (or con­
nection with product is interrup­
ted).
If the connection to the product is
interrupted, an authorised
Ottobock Service Centre must
inspect the product, battery char­
ger and power supply.
13.2.3 Error messages while establishing a connection with the cockpit app
Error message Cause Correction
Device not found The connection could
not be established as no
component with the
entered serial number
could be found. Compare the serial number entered with
that of the component, then try to establish
the connection again.
Component was con­
nected to another
device. Establish con­
nection? The component was
connected to another
device/remote control To disconnect the original connection, tap
the "
OK
" button.
If the original connection is not to be dis­
connected, tap the "
Cancel
" button.
