4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
4.1 For main unit
1. Use wet cloth or neutral cleanser to wipe the machine. Do not use volatile liquid, such as
benzene, thinner or gasoline, to clean the machine.
2. Keep the machine away from magnetic field and children.
3. Keep the machine far away from moisture, high temperature, direct sunlight or sprinkling
water.
4. If the electrode pads are insufficiently adhesive or dirty, please clean them with a wet
cloth or change new ones. Do not clean the electrode pads with any chemical.
5. Do not install, repair or rebuild the machine in private, otherwise the manufacturer would not
guarantee the repair of the machine and after-sales service.
6. If the device is idle for a long time, please remove the batteries from remote controller.
4.2 For Electrode Pads
1. Never stick two electrode pads on each other.
2. Keep the electrode pads clean, and never put them under high temperature and direct
sunshine.
3. For protection of the electrode pads, please always put it on to the electrode pads protector
after use.
4. Do not touch the gel of the pads by your figure, or it may reduce the gel and lose its function.
5. Do not clean the electrode pads with hot water or any chemical.
6. If the electrode pads are dirty, the adhesive power may decrease and the skin
might become irritated. If this situation happens you should moisten the surface of the
pads with water and wipe away the soiled portion so as to restore the
adhesive power. However, it will lose the adhesive power if there is too much water.
The best way is to purchase another pads.
7. Although the electrode pads have passed the Biocompatibility test, irritation may still
be caused by the electrical current and/or adhesiveness of the electrode. You should stop
using the device and consult your physicians if you experience any skin irritation.
8. Electrode pad should be replaced when they begin to lose their adhesiveness or if
damage or wear is noted by visual inspection.
9. Please only use the electrode pads supplied by the manufacturer according to the
following information.
