- The pads do not stick to the skin
tightly.
- The electrode pads stick
overlapped.
- The electrode pads are dirty.
- The stick is not placed properly.
- Intensity level is too low level.
- The device is placed in the
electromagnetic fields beyond its
electromagnetic compatibility.
- Therapy time is too long.
- The electrode pads are too dry.
- The electrode pads are stuck
too tightly.
- Adapter unintentionally plugged
into irregular receptacle;
- Irregular power supply is used.
You may have the intensity on
too high setting and your
muscles are being overworked.
- AC Adapter not switched on
at the electrical outlet or AC

- The wire is not connected.
- Stick the electrode pads more
tightly.
- Wet and/or replace the electrodes
if they do not adhere fully to the skin.
- Moisten the surface of the
electrode pads with water and wipe
away the soiled portion.
- Change the stick place.
- Change mode by pressing the
MODE▲ / MODE▼ button and
increase intensity by pressing the
FOOT▲/ BODY▲ button.
- Move the device out of the field
until the stimulation becomes
strong.
- Therapy time is automatically fixed
at 25 minutes.
- Clean with the wet cloth, then use
again.
- Clean the electrode pads.
- Shut off the device and have the
adapter checked by the
manufacturer
- Shut off the device and only use
the power supply recommended by
the manufacturer
Leave adequate time after
each treatment to allow the muscles
to recover (just like after vigorous
exercise!). On your next session
start on a lower setting (where you
can feel the mild electrical
stimulation and it is comfortable)
and reduce the duration until your
muscles have acclimatized to the
stimulation.
Check electrical outlet power is
switched on and the AC Adaptor is
plugged into
the device correctly. If still not
working – contact your seller.
