REPLACEMENT OF ROTOR MOTOR
Remove the rotor unit as described in paragraph (
4
) and (
5
). Unscrew the seven screws (

) on the rotor end,
then turn around the rotor unit. Unscrew the seven screws (

) on the other side of the rotor end, then loosen
the center screw (

) of the rotor. Lift the rotor end and remove the rotor motor package (

), mount the new
rotor motor kit and then fi t together the entire rotor unit again in reverse order.
NOTE! Make sure that the rotor seal and spacer is properly installed at the reassembly.
CHANGE OF THE ELECTRIC HEATERS
Removing the supply air as described in paragraph
(2)
and
(3)
. Unscrew the three screws

that holding the heat pack.
Turn up the heat pack

. Disconnect the quick connectors on the element pin and remove the two nuts on the element

, install the new element and reassemble the parts in reverse order.

Adjustment of rotor operation:
Adjust the contact pressure with adjusting screw (

), clockwise increases
pressure, counterclockwise reduces pressure. Rotate the rotor by hand and when the belt pulley (
12
) starts to
operate, adjust clockwise 3-4 turns on the adjusting screw!
