13. Platform Gate

- Keep gate and surrounding area clean and

unobstructed. Verify the gate closes properly and is not bent
or damaged. Keep gate closed at all times except when
entering/exiting the platform and loading/unloading
materials.

14. Lanyard Attach Points

- During operation, occupants in the

platform must wear a full body harness with a lanyard
attached to an authorized lanyard anchorage point. Attach
only one (1) lanyard per lanyard anchorage point.
