General instructions

cgmcosmos

system

Medium voltage switchgear and control gear, fully insulated in SF

gas up to 24 kV with external cable test device

IG-257-EN version 01; 03/02/2016

Operations sequence of locking interlocks

:

1.

Move the position indicator (yellow for the earthing

switch actuation shaft or grey for the switch-

disconnector actuation shaft) until it completely

covers access to the lever in the actuation shaft. Until

the position indicator is situated on the instructed

position the interlock is disabled.

2.

Insert the interlock key and turn it in the direction

indicated on the mimic diagram of the cubicle until it

reaches the stop piece.

Fig. 6.7

Detail of the interlocking sequence

It is now that the position indicator is locked until the

sequence to remove the interlock is carried out.

3.

Remove the key from the corresponding interlock.

Sequence to remove the interlock

1.

Insert the key in the corresponding interlock and turn

it in the direction indicated on the mimic diagram of

the cubicle until it reaches the stop piece.

Now the corresponding position indicator is unlocked.

2.

Move the position indicator (yellow for the earthing

switch actuation shaft or grey for the switch-

disconnector actuation shaft) until it

completely

uncovers the access to the lever in the actuation

shaft.
