How to install a load
Using the load-installation screw holes on the table, install a load with screws.
For the load fixing screws, be sure not to screw deeper than the length of 8 mm in the
table. Exceeding 8 mm may cause the table to break, leading to injury or mechanical
damage.

Load-positioning pin holes of table
Two types of load-positioning pin holes, which are an elongated hole and a round hole, are provided one place each
on the table.
If installation repeatability is required when installing a load, use the load-positioning pin holes.

Be sure to secure positioning pins to a load side. Securing the positioning pins to the table may
damage the motorized linear slide due to impact or an excessive moment of inertia.
When installing a load being required the perpendicularity
against the moving direction of the table, adjust the
perpendicularity of the load using the round load-
positioning pin hole.
