Working procedure
1. Use the guide rail reference surfaces to position the Y direction.
Position while pressing the guide rail reference surfaces to positioning pins.

2. Use the mounting reference surface to position the X direction.
There are two types of mounting reference surfaces, A and B. Position the mounting reference surface A or B by
pressing to either of the positioning pins which have been positioned in the procedure 1.
