Known Issues
With server host power is off, a fan OK/Fault status LED might not be lit. Each fan module has
one bicolored status LED that is located on the fan module. The status LED should illuminate
green (OK) or amber (Fault) even when the server is in Standby power mode.

Workaround:
Use Oracle ILOM to determine fan module status or turn host power back on.
Errors logged if Sun QDR InfiniBand Host Channel Adapter is
installed in certain slots

There are some errors in the SP system event log (SEL) if the Sun Quad Data Rate (QDR)
InfiniBand Host Channel Adapter PCIe option card (X4242A) is installed in slot 1, 2, 4, or 5 on
the Sun Fire X4270 M2 Server. An example of the error message is:

Workaround:
Move the Sun Quad Data Rate (QDR) InfiniBand Host Channel Adapter PCIe option card to
slot 0. There is no funtional impact, and the message can be safely ignored.
Error displayed when a Sun Storage 6 Gb SAS PCIe internal
HBA is installed in the server
