Add an entry in the program properties table (PPT) for the OTMA C/I

to an IMS/TM program library, such as
IMS.PGMLIB

Setting Up Oracle Connect for Reentrancy
All Oracle Connect load modules are reentrant to enable subtasking. Therefore, move
INSTROOT .LOAD
to the Link Pack Area (LPA).
Where
INSTROOT
is the high-level qualifier where Oracle Connect is installed.
