After setting all parameters, click the
SEND
button to start printing.
First settings for OPUS covers.
We recommend to start tinsel print from :
Tinsel print with filling:
S peed 4, number of passes 1, temperature 140 °C (284 °F)
We recommend linear filling, alignment of the spaces 0.1 mm.
Tinsel print without filling:
Speed 1, number of passes 1, temperature 150 °C (302 °F)
10. POSSIBLE MALFUNCTION
Problem Cause Solution
The display does not show
temperature.
The plug-in is not connected
to the socket.
The power switch on the
back cover is not in
position 1.
No power at the socket.
The equipment is damage.
Connect the plug to the
socket.
Set the power switch on the
back cover to position 1.
Connect the equipment to a
different socket.
Contact with service depart-
ment.
The equipment does not
reach the correct tempera-
ture – too low or too high.
Check what temperature
has been programmed.
The equipment is damage.
Set the right temperature.
Contact with service depart-
ment.
The tinsel print quality is un-
satisfactory.
Check the set parameters:
temperature, speed.
The material on which you
tinsel is dirty or greasy.
Change the operating pa-
rameters of the equipment.
If possible, clean the mate-
rial using isopropyl alcohol
(note that some materials
may leave stains).
ERR appears on the display. Temperature sensor error -
sensor defective.
Contact with service depart-
ment.
If other problems occur, turn off the device and contact an authorized service center.
