Connect the device to the power socket and turn on the power switch located next to the
power socket on the device. Make sure the emergency stop button is in the unlocked
position, if not turn it clockwise gently.
•
After switching on the power, the display shows the pre-programmed settings. You can use
them or set new ones. The temperature symbol will flash and the heated sealing roller
begins to heat up (2 - 3 minutes).
•
When the temperature symbol stops flashing, the device is ready for operation.
•
Press Start / Pause to start inflation of the air cushions / mats.
You can also operate with the footswitch, which has the same function as the Start / Pause
button.
•
You can stop the process at any time with the Start / Pause button and tear off the produced
cushions at the perforation line.
•
Change settings. Press the function selection button twice to enter the programming
mode. Each time the function button is pressed, the function changes between speed -
temperature - airflow - length. The symbol of the edited function flashes.

Air flow setting. The airflow can be adjusted to suit the size of the airbags and
packaging requirements. When the airflow symbol is flashing, use the +/-
buttons to set the desired airflow within the range from 0 to 100%. Inflating the
air bag too much or too little may cause it to jam in the device.
Attention! The adjustment range of 5 - 35% is recommended for foil up to 200
mm, the range 35 - 95% for foil 400 mm.

Setting the speed of foil. While the speed symbol is flashing, select a value
between 3 - 20 m / min.
o
Temperature setting. While the temperature symbol is flashing, set the value
in the range from "current room temperature" to 180°C.
o
Length setting. While the length symbol is flashing, select the desired value.
•
You can change the temperature units from °C to °F and the length from meters to feets.
To change units, press and hold the function select button until the units are changed.
•
Energy saving function. After 30 minutes of inactivity, the device will go into energy-saving
mode, the temperature will be set to 80
0
C. To restart the heating process, press any button.
•
Before turning off the power, stop the operation of the device and tear off the foil in front of
the air nozzle, then turn off the power.
•
In case of emergency press the emergency stop button. To unlock the equipment, turn the
emergency switch clockwise.
6. CUTTER REPLACEMENT
•
Using a Philips screwdriver, unscrew the screws securing the air nozzle and blade unit.

Pull out the air nozzle and blade unit Dig. 9.
•
Remove the screws from the blade in the air and blade unit Dig. 9.
•
Replace the blade. (WARNING: The blade is sharp and it could cut your fingers).
•
Tighten the screw holding the blade firmly.
•
Refit the air nozzles and blade unit (F) and tighten the screws firmly.
