To connect the IFP to the Joan Portal, complete the following steps:

Open the web browser on your computer and enter

http://portal.getjoan.com

into the address bar.

The Joan Portal login page will open. Sign in to the Joan Portal. If you have not yet created your Joan

account, click

to create your account.
