The amount of time and distance covered of
the previous workout are displayed.
This completes the setup.

Hold down

until the
gender setting is displayed.
Use the procedures described in “Setting the
personal data, weekly diet support, date, and
time” from step 2 to change the settings.
NOTE:
If no setting is made for more than five
minutes, your changes are not applied
and the display returns to the display of
the previous workout.
