Preset error
Check the error code with *_ErrCode1
(error code 1), *_ErrCode2 (error code
2), or Sysmac Studio. Apply appropriate
remedy according to the cause of the
error. Refer to 5-2 Error codes for more
information on error codes and how to
clear them.
ON OFF ON System error An error occurred in the CPU
Unit.
• PLC Watch Dog Timer error
• Major Fault
• Partial Fault
• CPU Unit monitoring error
• I/O bus check error
Remove the cause of the major fault or
partial fault, then reset the Controller or
cycle its power.
If the error reoccurs, then replace the
CPU Unit.
