Creating a Music Database

Start the Database Builder software and connect your USB storage device to an available USB port on your
computer.

First select your USB device from
the drop-down menu. Then click
”BUILD“ to start creating the
database.

• The USB device will now be

analyzed and the program will
create database files based on the
ID3 tags of the music files.

• The speed of this procedure

directly relates to how many songs
are stored on the USB device.

After a successful analysis you
can close the program. Your USB
device has now been successfully
analyzed and is ready for use with
the DJS-2000.

• Always repeat the procedure

whenever you change the
contents of your USB device.
